  1. How can I become a writer?

    To become a writer, you need to fill in the registration form, pass the tests, submit a sample work on a given topic and upload a scan of your diploma;

  2. What is the maximum test score?

    Maximum possible test score is 30 points for academic writers and 15 points for non-academic writers;

  3. What are the work sample requirements?

    It must be written on a given topic. The sample must be free of plagiarism. It should roughly contain 275 to 350 words. If any outside sources are used, you have to cite them. We recommend that you use Times New Roman 12 pt. font. The work sample should be submitted as a .doc or a .docx file.

  4. How long does it take to get enrolled?

    It may take up to 14 days for the manager to get back to you, but mostly it takes no more than 5-6 business days to review the application.

  5. My application was denied. Can I re-apply?

    You may try again in 1 year.

  6. Is your service legal?

    Our company is absolutely legitimate and legal. The works you deliver to us are meant to be used as high-quality examples of proper writing. The company retains the copyright and any other rights to use the product.

  8. Where can I find new orders?

    After being activated, you will have access to your personal account at our website where you will find all available assignments;

  9. How do I apply?

    In order to apply, you will need to select the order you would like to work on, press “Apply” button and indicate the reason why you should be assigned.

  10. How long does it take to get assigned?

    It depends on the deadline of the order. For instance, urgent orders get assigned within 2-3 hours.

  11. How do I know that I have received the order?

    You will receive an email notification if the case was assigned to you. Moreover, you will find such case in “My orders” section of your control panel;

  12. How do I submit the work I have completed?

    You will have to upload the final version of the work into the “Files” section of a particular order.

  13. Can I publish the works I write for your company?

    No. As mentioned in Terms and Conditions of cooperation, you can neither re-sell, nor publish the works you complete for us.

  14. Can I suggest a new price of the order?

    Yes. You have to remember though that the value of the order is primarily determined by three things: the number of pages, the deadline and the academic level.

    If you think that the order requires more work, you can suggest a money value.

    You can also make a bid that is lower than the amount of money offered. This is usually done to increase one's chances for getting assigned to the order.

  15. When do I get paid?

    All the payments are made starting the 16th and ending the 20th of every month. We only make payments that exceed $50.

  16. What payment options do you offer?

    We support the following payment methods: Payoneer, PayPal, Webmoney. For more information, please check “Payments” section.

  17. Can you send my money via wire transfer?

  18. Even though it's already the payment period, the money has not yet been released. Will I get paid?

    If your account balance exceeds $50 and you provided the payment information, you will get paid. The money can be released both the first and the last day of the payment period.

  19. Even though I have completed the work, the money for the order has not yet been credited to my account. What could be the problem?

    The submitted work has to be approved first. After that the money will be added to your account.

  20. Do you offer any promotion opportunities for writers?

  21. How can I apply for promotion?

    In order to submit a promotion request, you have to log into your personal account and press “Get a promotion” button. Mind that you request for promotion will be considered only if you submit it after two months of cooperation with our company.

  22. I have submitted my promotion request more than a week ago and didn’t get any feedback, what could be the problem?

    All promotion requests are reviewed between the 21st and 26th of each month.
